- Book ahead when you can. We recommend 48 hours' notice for appointments; same-day rides are often possible — call us.
- Standing schedules welcome. Weekly dialysis, therapy, or grocery runs (before the afternoon heat, in summer) can be booked as a recurring schedule with the same escort.
- Not a medical transport service. Riders should be able to transfer into a standard vehicle with hands-on help. Need a wheelchair van or stretcher transport? We'll point you to the right provider.
