This policy covers this website, the forms and chat assistant on it, our phone line, and the emails we send in reply.
Information you give us
When you request a quote or an assessment, ask for a callback in our chat, apply for a job, or call or email us, you may give us:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and the address where care is needed.
- Details about the care needed — the service, schedule, start date and your relationship to the person receiving care.
- Anything else you tell us — the message box on our forms, a chat callback note, a voicemail, or an email.
Families often tell us about a loved one’s health or situation. We treat that as sensitive, use it only to plan and provide care, and share it only with the caregivers who need it.
Collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which helps block spam and keep the site running. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about your request.
- To prepare a quote, an assessment and a care plan.
- To schedule and provide care, and to keep accurate business records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run our website and respond to you. They handle information only on our behalf:
- Netlify — hosts our website and receives form submissions.
- Google — provides our email.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of a person or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain accurate business records, and delete inquiries that did not lead to care after 24 months.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, by emailing finestcare26@gmail.com or calling (818) 272-1507.
Children
Our website is intended for adults arranging care for themselves or someone else. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
